  The whole place is pretty much run by one person, Rodel. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He made our stay very enjoyable. It was great to have breakfast each morning, and Rodel was sure to remember our preferred coffee orders. The place was very clean. From Spanish steps to Vatican, and even to Colloseum, you can walk to all from here.   What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  Great little hotel in the centre of Rome; very handy location, we walked to everything, even over to the Vatican which was only an hour or so. Lots of good restaurants only a couple of minutes away as you head towards the Trevi fountain. Staff were very good & explained everything. Nice breakfast with fre - location is perfect, close to metro stop and close to tourist attractions especially fontana di trevi. the room and bathroom is really spacious. the bed and the pillows are super comfortable. the design of the apartment is really modern and unique. they have a single big breakfast table so you can get to know other tenants and make new friends. there is a mirror on the bedroom ceiling, either you will love it or you will hate it, but we liked it.

  The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done. A tv, desk, fridge, closet, a big shower. We stayed in a - Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sights including the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
