  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Would stay here again for sure. - Great location right next Vatican and very nice, friendly... vad folk säger » and helpful staf, specially Flaminia! Very nice and modern room in a quiet house in one of the side streets near city center. We have had a great vacation there as we engaged with my girlfriend in Roma :-)

  The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and connecting with the Hop On Hop Off buses (both were just a liesurely 10 minute walk. Marco's little welocme basket was really apprerciated - I really liked the location, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The apartment was as great as expected, had wifi, felt like home.

  Irina was very kind and everything was good during our stay. We could do a late check out once the next guests were arriving just in the evening, and that was a very good thing for us. Excellent wifi connection. Rooms are exactly like the photos on the website, no surprises! The B&B guests have 10% discount at San Pietrini's restaurant (cash... vad folk säger » payment). I definitely recommend this place! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, efficient and only 2 euros more than taxi. Fasten you - The room is relatively a smalll one but very confortable. The services have been very, very friendly , in time , impeccables , admirables ,... Difficult for us to find a word or an expression , which may show our deep feelings and thanks for the warmth we have received all along , during our stay from Irina.
