The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

An excellent little guest house situated on the walls of the Vatican. 10 minutes walk from St Peters at most and about the same distance from the nearest metro stop. You enter through a large door next to a fantastic ice cream shop. Through a courtyard and up some stairs. The room was small but smartly furnished. Free wifi and toiletries supplied too. The location is fantastic and the staff were helpful. The most important thing is that is fantastic value for money in Rome.

Everything was perfect, it is really a B&B, just because there is no 24h reception, but I would perfectly call it a Hotel, in fact a 4 stars hotel. It is really near the Vatican and the underground station, so you are virtually close to everything you need. The staff is very small, but quite efficient; they are ready to help you in every single detail you need. Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.
