Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff !   Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby.   I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. The Affreschi su Roma's interior design is amazing, inside and outside. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.
