A most enjoyable b and b, with heating ! Great room, good breakfast in beautiful hall. Will come again (though in the summer it may be too noisy). - The room was splendid and cosy. The staff was very friendly and the environment welcoming - All in all it was a success.

Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

Bra område, rent och fint badrum. Luftkonditionering - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The coffee was the best coffee

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. - Beautifull

Det trevliga personliga mottagandet! - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people

The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).
There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.
