  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

  Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! Then spent time going through a map showing us the location of the attractions, good restaurants and places not to miss. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.   The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind.   We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine. Located on a peaceful street only about 5mins city centre. We had air con, slippers, toiletries, and a little kitchenette... vad folk säger » . We are going back soon. Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.
