This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
