  Closeness to city centre and the palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to get breakfast too. Staff stopped traffic so that we could get in and out of the parking, which was secure and locked although a little small and a very tight gateway. - I liked the proximity to the station. The palace of Caserta. And the shopping and restaurants ... vad folk säger » nearby. The hotel owners were lovely and made us so welcome.

  The suite that we had (and the building) itself was excellent . The staff were friendly but not trained to international 4 star standard and seemed unable to deliver even the simplest requirements.   We chose this location as it was en route to Rome and needed to chill. The GaiaChiara Resort Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant that was down the road from the Hotel was also excellent.
