  Our flight to Rome was delayed for two hours and arrived at Cleopatra B&B around 1AM. The room keeper was kind enough to check us in. The rooms are fully furnished, with pillows, towels and air conditioner. The kitchen is full with food and toiletries, which my mom really appreciated. The area is generally safe but looks a little sketchy. It was in a good location next to a metro stop, but also in a part of town a lot of tourists don't stay in, which gave a great experience!

  Location. Easy access to the Metro. Only two stops to the Colliseum. Room was clean and tidy. I stayed one night in a hotel in Ciampino, as my flight arrived at 20.30 and i wasnt sure how easy it would be to get to this hotel. Actually trains from Ciampino are regular and cost only 1.35 Euro, so in future I would probably go direct. - the price

  We thought the staff were courteous and helpful. The setting of the hotel, slightly out of the centre of Rome, but close to the Metro was perfect. It provided a peaceful and enjoyable setting for the holiday. The breakfasts were wonderful, as was eating them in the garden each morning. - The staff was very helpful and curtious.   Truly lovely hotel; staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Unusually, for a Roman hotel, it was set in an oasis of calm, withdrawn from the bustle of the city but yet readily accessible.   This hotel is wonderful, the rooms are so well looked after, colourful and characterful, immaculately clean, all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.   It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

Bonus of a fridge just for your use to store cold drinks. Hairdryer on wall. Being a little out of the centre has its advantages - you can see something of the everyday Rome that isn't crowded with tourists, and Garbatella is a pleasant area with some decent restaurants, gelaterias, etc.

  We stayed at the B&B Hotel Roma Trastevere twice during our visit to Italy. Overall, we thought the accommodations provided a lot of value for the money. Our first room was quite small, with a very tiny bathroom, but comfortable overall. The tram to the city center is right outside of the hotel, making it convenient to get to the heart of Rome... vad folk säger » in no time and the Trastevere train station is also a short walk away. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. There are budget friendly cafes - It´s really close to the Trastevere railway station with the direct connection to the airport which is relatively fast and very comfortable. The hotel is brand new and in modern style, mattresses are perfect and the rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and toilet paper included:) Be aware of the code on the door which you must not forget. The receptionist will write it for you on the card which you have by yourself all the time which is also convenient so you don't ask the staff every time you
