  Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

  This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Rimini close to the beach and to the port. There are restaurants in the naborhood, if more restaurants or beaches are needed it is convenient to thake the ferry over the channel, to the south part of Rimini with even more facilities. The staff was extremely nice and everybody seemed to be happy ... vad folk säger » to serve the guests. The breakfast buffe was the best during our trip. The swimming pool was nice, and we spent some time there. There is a small rest - The staff was extremely friendly and I got a free upgrade which was really nice. The room was big and I also had a great bathtube. Everything was clean. If you don't go in the main season, you will love the price!!! 19€ a night for this hotel is amazing and totally worth it. They have an absolutely great breakfast buffet with self made cakes, frozen yogurth, ham, cheese, eggs, pancakes, coffee, tee,... Whatever you want to have! Great!   We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms were all of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly and really looked after us. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with a group of friends and the staff made it for us. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. As we had travelled by motorbik... vad folk säger » e, one of the receptionists even gave us a map and highlighted best roads to travel on to our next destination - thank you all to the staff at Aqua! - Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.
