  We let them know we were gluten free, and they had a special basket of breakfast goodies for us every day, in addition to their excellent selection of meats and cheeses. We also liked that we drop off the key whenever we leave the hotel. Very close to San Marco square, beautiful view out to the Grand Canal from the room where we ate breakfas - Everything was great. Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal). Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

The building is cute and locates near churches and waterbus, though It's a little hard to find, but it's always hard to find a specific place in Venice. And you can check out by just left the key so it's really flexible.
