  the location is just perfect, a few minutes walk from Termini. The staff is very sweet and the rooms are clean and comfortable, looking much better than the pictures!   It's a very central hotel next to termini station. The room is ok and the bathroom is clean. A cheep place for whom just need a safe place to sleep and rest after a busy day knowing Rome. - The location was very good since it is just 5 min walk from the main station.

  It is a really friendly small hotel with very nice staff. The receptionist always checks who enters the hotel so it is quite secure, too. - The location is good. It's around the train station, and there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. The room is big and clean.

  Owner, Pietro Sadler, was incredibly efficient and gracious in arranging early morning transport to the airport for my 18 year old son who was traveling alone. When we booked, Pietro sent us many helpful links to info about Rome and travel in the area. He was fantastic and we will stay there again anytime that we are in Rome.   Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable.
