  Service - The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy. They are very helpful and polite and will make your stay an absolute pleasure. The room was very large and had all the things we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and clean, there was a writing desk, safe, TV and nice bathroom. We couldn't have been any happier with our hotel.

Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge, nära Termina (där tåget kom in). Och med gångavstånd till allting annat också. I Rom vill man gärna gå så att man ser så mycket som möjligt.   I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.
