  Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. - Nice hotel in a good location, only a short walk to the metro, made exploring Rome really easy.

  Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my error in dates. We hope to go back to Rome again and will definitely be looking to stay here. The staff are so nice and friendly, and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its at good price. I will come back again !

  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening.   The B & B was a 10 minute walk from the Tiburtina train station. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was perfect, and they included breakfast. Wi-Fi was just 5€ extra, and was pretty fast. - Location of the hostel is quite good and located on a calm and clean street.   Very kind people near metro open mind to help you room absolutly perfect breakfast also i want to return at this place when i will be again in Roma - whitout hesitation - Thanks so much for all - It was very cosey and the staff was super friendly.   Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.

  It was close to the metro station, so reaching the center of the town was very easy. It was clean and nicely decorated. Good food. - A very good hotel, i would like to go back. Also location is perfect.

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.
