When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to
use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping
to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were
welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown
to our quarters across the street in another building. Once inside, I

Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and
some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good.
Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to
communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome.
