  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap ... vad folk säger » price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.   I've stayed at this hotel for three nights and I would like to point out the good things: - The staff is very friendly. This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. More than that, through a mistake we have booked a room with two single beds and after sensing that we committed a mistake, we wrote to the owner of this B&B and with 3 days before going to Rome, we had the surprise to get an email with the change we wanted but being aware that it was our mistake. The B&B is very close to Tuscolana train station, from where trains to Fiumicino Airport arrive/depart every 15 minutes. Also close to Re di Roma metro, from where one can easily reach any part of Rome. The room was large and clean. The owners were very friendly. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner.   Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. - Convenient location (5 mins walk to the nearest metro station). Overall a economy but comfort place to stay at Rome.
