  Great Location to start your trip visiting the Coliseum and the rest of Rome. Coliseum is only 15 mins by foot. Staff is extreamly warm and helpful giving me the map and recommending me where to eat, places to visit etc. Hotel is in a old building which makes u feel like u are actually living in someone’s house rather than in a hotel. Would definately stay here again when i’m in Rome. - Location is really great, close to metro stations but for example Colosseum is only a 10 mins walk, the area is friendly so it is also worth walking. The building has recently been renovated, rooms are nice and look like on the pics. Special thanks to the host Gianluca who speaks English perfectly and provided lots of useful information, recommended cool restos and bars to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our being there.

  Hotel Suisse is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, polished wood parquet floors, the bathrooms very modern, and the wi-fi worked great in the room! Each room is a bit different. It has a very "Italian" feel to it. The staff is fluent in English, and very helpful. The continental breakfast delivered to your room beautifully served. From the street you enter a large enclosed vestibule area that continues to an open courtyard. - The location very close to the top of The Spansh Steps and Metro station is excellent. The hotel is situated in an older, very well-kept nice building. It is furnished in good taste, have a good atmosphere and a high cleaning standard. The owners and the staff are friendly and helpful.

  The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done. We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations.   This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into.
