Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi. The shower worked well and room size was very good. The breakfast was good supplying ham, cheese, and sweet breads. Canned fruit and yogurt were also available.   The location of the hotel was a major advantage - a 10 minute walk away from St Mark's Square, and all the shops that come in between. The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They even agreed to give us a light breakfast meal 45 minutes before it was actually due (we had to check out early).   Det trevliga personliga mottagandet! - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
