We really loved the location in relation to St Marks Square. Also, the wonderful decor and the availability of cooking facilities made this a great stay. Being near the ferry, the staff at the restaurant (although the food not as good as north Italy as it obviously has to be bought in), the modernity and interior design, the grandeur of the old contrasted with the new, near the shops and important historic sites - Very Kind Staff. Comfortable small hotel in an amazing postition at a reasonable price. Excellent restaurant. All staff were very courteous and helpful.Ideal as a base to visit all the city sights, which were within walking distance and accessible by water bus from immediately outside the hotel. -

Perfekt läge. Perfekt service. - The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.

The staff were always tentative, but equally discreet. We couldn't have hoped for a better accommodation to accentuate the entire Venice experience. - All the hotel staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the rate was first class.
