  This hotel is absolutely fantastic in an ideal location for seeing Rome, on a bustling street filled with bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Maria the woman who runs the hotel was fantastic, and couldn't be more helpful, she was lovely to talk to and delivered breakfast to our room promptly every morning. The room itself was good, a tiny bit on t... vad folk säger » he small side but we were offered a different room but we preferred to have the street view of Via Urbana so compromised on space..the bathroom was a - it was all good!!the apartment was great,so much space,really great value for money and only 10 mins walk from colosseum,you check in at no 33 urbana and meet maria,she walked us to the apartment(about 5 mins away) and showed us around and how everyting worked,when you check out you just leave the keys on the table.it looked even better than the pics on the site.i will def stay here again.100% thumbs up.

  First of all, I'd like to thank the owner, Alice King, for going out of her way on several occasions, first, to check us in late at night (at very short notice) when we could not get an earlier train from Foggia. Then she accommodated our request to have our breakfast given to us before 8:30AM since we'd like to get out much earlier. Alice, the owner, goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home. She even helped us when we had a medical emergency and even offered to drive us to the emergency room (which we luckily didn't have to). There are drinks (water, juice, ice tea) in the refrigerator, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as fresh fruit in the room every day. Breakfast is toast, cereal and croissants.
