The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known
road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late
night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May
18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly
clean and sound proof. It had a freeze and a working a/C. It als

When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were
welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about
Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many
attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient.
Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple
minutes walking distance.

Location was extremely convenient, just 4 short blocks from Termini station in central Rome (hub for all trains, buses and subways). Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside). Neighbourhood is diverse and felt safe, with a variety of inexpensive restaurants. -

We liked the stay in Domus Mazzini. The location is perfect: pretty
district with the architecture of 1930s, the calm place with birds
singing in the morning. Fast access to the major tourist place because
of 10-15 minutes walk to the Lepanto metro station. By the way Vatican-

The owner of the hotel is a very nice and welcoming person. Trying to do his best in order to help the visitor on its best way. He helped us a lot during our stay (if it's regarding directions to anywhere, or anything else we needed during our stay)
The location of the place is not in the center of the touristic zone (which was in our search, so we enjoyed the quiteness of the neighborhood) and still, the touristic zones as the Vatican was 15 minutes walking, and the farest - the Colusseum was

The owner he is so nice and helpful. The location is great ,next to the termini station,and the room was very clean. The manager, Paolo was very polite and showed us around, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it doesn't have much facilities but its a nice, clean room , and provides the basics.

Service - The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep.
