  It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.   very cute and confortable hotel, staff is very friendly. - This hotel was a gem. Our room was one of the few with a lovely flowerlined balcony. My wife loved the place - we would stay here again.   The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially the co-owner Valeria who went out of her way to secure my luggage from another hotel for me while I was away and got them delivered to Bourbon. The room itself was very good - clean, comfortable, very well designed, free wi-fi.   We stayed in the Marchesi apartment. The apartment was quite large, updated and in a really good location. It had a lift so getting our 4 large luggage up to level 2 was no problem. Although the lift is really tiny. Staff was nice. They were able to change our appointment time to an hour later as our luggage got left behind in Paris and we needed ... vad folk säger » the extra time to sort everything out. We got to check in early, leave our luggage there but were asked to leave and come back at 2pm as the cleaner n - We stayed in the Campo de Fiori apartment, its key benefit being the superb location. You get the best of both worlds here: arguably Rome's most vibrant neighborhood at your doorstep; and much needed peace and quiet - all at the same time. The apartment is tucked away in a small courtyard, removed from the hustle and bustle of the square. Loved the thoughtful extras like city guides and maps at our disposal.   We had a most enjoyable stay at the Seven Kings Relais. From the moment of our arrival the staff at the hotel were very helpful and interested in making sure we got the most from our time in Rome. The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. We can comfortably say taht it is better than what it promıses in terms of location and the friendly and helpful approaches of the hotel staff.
