  Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. We are definitely recommending this family hotel for a first time traveler- all suggestions we've got from the owner - restaurants, shops, sites, transportati... vad folk säger » on -were excellent . Note: for a tourist who prefer the anonymity of a big hotel this is not a solution. Roma 55 is a small family business with five - We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome.   If you don't mind walking up and down step steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture dow - My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!
