  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.

Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves.   Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable.   Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!
