  It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets. The butler was very helpful and accomodating. We booked 3 of the rooms and everyone had a wonderful experience. The locale was very up-market and the room reflected this. The calibre of furnishing was very high and design features were beautiful. The rooms were quiet and private and I will certainly book Margutta 54 for a return visit to Rome. We have visited the city on previous occasions but have found the ideal resting place in Margutta!

  What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way. Just Fabulous! - Everything was perfect and exceptional. Staff, specially Manuella, were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and in perfect location.   We loved this hotel! Stayed in the large suite which was beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard. Especially liked the glitterball above the shower! Service fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. - It is very comfortable room and the hotel location is excellent.

  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. The Affreschi su Roma's interior design is amazing, inside and outside. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early start with that day's activity. Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too. Many buses and all the important places at walking distance. - Great location, quiet building despite location right on Piazza Navona. Rooms were adequate size & bathrooms were modern. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).
