We stayed in the 5th floor "superior" rooms, which added an extra VIP touch to our stay, including free delivery of breakfast to our room (between 8 and 10am).   The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue.
