  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge.   This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (including the cleaners, breakfast staff and the front desk, which provided really good dinner recommendations 3 nights in a row). Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!

  at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided.   For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  Decor - modern and appealing Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment. Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... vad folk säger » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh...   We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. The room has a fridge and a TV with nearly endless channels in different languages. Outside the room is a kitchenette which can be used for self-made meals or coffee. ... vad folk säger » But we always went out for the dinner. There is a great supply of very good and not too expensive restaurants nearby the apartment. So, everything was - B & B Roma, was everything we expected. Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Being in a courtyard the apartment was so quiet at night which made a great sleeping place. A small useful shared kitchen was available, we made sandwiches for lunch each day to keep

  staff very nice try to help if needed - The major point to stress for this hotel is that it is very quiet-unusual for a big city. We were not even woken up early by traffic. The view over a garden was magnificent.   The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.
