  10/10, great owner and staff, location is perfect for tourist and shopping, reception is helpful and friendly, i ask them a cake for my wife's birthday and they prepare for me next day morning, it's the best hotel during my stay in Italy, BRAVO!!! - Great location, bit surprised it was a flat changed to three rooms, but great comfort

I booked a suite thru letsbookhotel.com at an awesome rate..& got total value for money, as it was really spacious & comfy.   The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... vad folk säger » steps.   Staff very friendly and very helpful, we even got a small present during our stay. There's also a spa with saunas in the hotel. Location is good, near Vaticano, metro and shopping street. Breakfast is served on the third floor with a terrace, which is very nice in a good weather and there's a roof in case of rain. Breakfast is standard for a 3* hotel, but with nice cakes every day. - Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet. The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan. We had a nice, quiet room to the backside of the hotel.
