Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. Lovely pastries and water available for us as we checked i - This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc. Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-) The Breakfast was also very good wi
