  The staff was really kind to us, the place was big and comfortable. I really liked the common space, books everywhere, nice design pieces. And absolutely, the name. Everything from the service and staff to the rooms was brilliant. Wonderful breakfast, very warm welcome and attitude from the stuff. From the first moment we felt the smell of the fresh bakery and vanilla which was accompanied by a wonderful coffee. The situation is perfect just a few minutes' walk from via Manzoni and Duomo. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The design was fashionable and welcoming. We will for sure come back! :)))

  It is a clean and cheap hostel with very comfy rooms. The people who work there are very kind and helpfull. What you pay is what you get but for this money you get really good deal. I even liked the croisant for breakfast:) If you are used to eat a lot in the morning this breakfast won`t be enough but that`s what Italians have in the morning.   Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight.   The host is very nice. He answered lots of our inquiries, like the route to the airport, the post office etc. And he always gave us a warm smile that make us feeling great. - The staff is friendly. He apologized for the mistake he did with timing due to daylight saving.
