  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Trevlig personal med bra service restaurangbokning, bra renlighet osv - The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. We stayed in a good room, with a good bathroom. The staff were fantastic.   The hotel is a small no nonsense hotel . I didnt use the facilities other than the room but it was all I needed ie somewhere to sleep, get washed etc. Rooms clean and airconditioned - The hotel is quite good, but I don't like it's location at all. There is near metro station, but not in the centre of the city.

  This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.
