  Trevlig personal med bra service restaurangbokning, bra renlighet osv - The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. We stayed in a good room, with a good bathroom. The staff were fantastic.   Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly.   Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  The hotel is a small no nonsense hotel . I didnt use the facilities other than the room but it was all I needed ie somewhere to sleep, get washed etc. Rooms clean and airconditioned - The hotel is quite good, but I don't like it's location at all. There is near metro station, but not in the centre of the city.
