  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6. Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

  Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present."   the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
