  Room was great!! Cozy, Clean with good facility We have request for early Check-in and room with balcony. Eventhough they cannot promised us, they have arranged the best they can. They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!! The staff understood and was very kind to allow us - - great location, great restaurants nearby, cafe Panneformaggio for breakfasts is fantastic - I had a nice attic room with balcony, very cozy and cute - staff was friendly, specially Mel - clean and quiet - will stay again when travelling back to Rome

  Mia and Precious were so helpful and attentive. We were surprised that in a rental apartment, there were actual people available for us to go to if we needed anything, as the office is just a few doors down from Piazzetta Margutta. Mia arranged for a car to meet us at the airport (it was 10 at night, with 3 sleepy kids), and had blood orange juice... vad folk säger » (so we really knew we were in Italy!) and water in the fridge for us. Since it was late at night, we were wondering if we'd have to wait to get into - The apartment is well-located, secure, clean, well-air-conditioned, and mostly quiet. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, a family room with 2 pull-out couch-beds, and a small kitchen. The staff are very helpful. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, the Metro, and a small grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and safe.   Guest House brand new, very elegant and taste great, comfortable. Free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, DVD player and beautiful shower with chromotherapy. The room is not very big, but enough.   We loved staying at the Five Oscars Inn. Massimo was a great host, from arranging the car to and from the airport and helping us navigate the city. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sights including the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Massimo provides free movies to watch in your room which was an unexpected treat. The room and - 1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host! 2.
