Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. I definitely recommend Cesar Vatican Rooms. The staff was really nice
and accommodating: we changed our arrival time a few times and they were
always available and welcomed us warmly, despite this not being a hotel.

Very clean. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.

Francesca was wonderful & helpful. Breakfast was served in room with fresh bread daily. We went out but was nice to make cappuccino and have juice/snack available later. Room was clean and away from street noise

This apt. was in the perfect spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the
facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite
being located in a busy area.

Everyone we met at Pratinn Vatican was pleasant, interested in making our stay an enjoyable one. Claudio, Federico and Federico's mom were all helpful in making our first trip to Rome a success. A quiet clean and modern room with a bathroom. The bed was comfortable,
the shower was excellent. The location was superb, just a walk down the
street and around the corner and you are at the Vatican. The breakfast
was excellent, with choices of meats ,eggs ,fruit, pastries and
excellent coffee. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. They also can
arrange a shuttle if you need to go to the airport at a much better
price than taking a taxi. I highly recommend this B&B.

We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile.
Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.

The location is good. It is right next to a underground car-park, which is very convenient for those who has a car. The owner of the apartment met us on arrival. He was friendly and talked us through the apartments facilities. The apartment was spacious and quiet and had all the equipment you would need for a short stay. It was located on a side street in Trastevere and in the middle of a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!
