Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet.
The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan.

I was glad to be the hotel's first customer and I'm as much happy to be their first reviewer.
The hotel is located in a pretty strategic area - a 5 min walk from Piazza Risorgimento, terminus and stop of several buses, 5 min from Ottaviano subway stop, barely 15 from the Vatican city's walls.

The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.
On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call

The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is in a safe location, actually
right opposite the Vatican by the entrance side. The other tourist
attractions are walkable but if you are not fit like me, public
transportation is nearby. The rooms were clean, modern cozy, very

The hotel feels like it has only recently been renovated so it has that fresh new feel. The location is second to none - located near the Vatican Museum entrance. Excellent location in a very beautiful and quiet, rather rich, neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican, with Metro and bus stops near by.
We had an inner room, with no window toward the street, which was quiet. The absence of a view I guess it was balanced by the absence of street noise.
