  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.

  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

  The staff were friendly, efficient, interested and keen to assist. looked after us and made our stay very enjoyable. Seemless check-in which took only minutes.   As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic.   It's very close to Naploi Centrale which was fantastic after a long days train travel and arriving after dark. Basic accommodation, but everything works and there's lots of hot water. Breakfast croissant coffee and juice is delivered to your room at whatever time you specify. At only 30 euros a night this is fantastic value for money.

If your coming from America, expect room to be smaller than we're used to. We had a small room for the price of a suite in Vegas. The room has everything you will need.   I book the hotel for the proximity from the port ( I arrived Naples on a cruise). Very convenient, 8 minutes walk off Molo Beverello straight ahead and voila'. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

  It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
