The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. We wanted to explore the historic centre of Naples and this hotel is well-located to do so. that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. Ilaria (I hope I have the name right - the English version of Hilary I think) was particularly helpful to us.

An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

very nice modern hotel, convenient for the station as we were travelling by train on to Sorrento. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved the area. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the roof top terrace a really unexpected treat. I would definitely come back. Thank you. - great location, cool interior, great bathrooms, roof rest

As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic. Quiet and restful place. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.
