  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities.   The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

  As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous!   It's very close to Naploi Centrale which was fantastic after a long days train travel and arriving after dark. Basic accommodation, but everything works and there's lots of hot water. Breakfast croissant coffee and juice is delivered to your room at whatever time you specify. At only 30 euros a night this is fantastic value for money.

The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.
