  Absolutely charming. The building has a lot of character and history. I Loved the fact that only some areas are renovated so you can still see its age. The room was huge and very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, right in the heart of historical Naples.   The number one reason to stay here is the staff. From the moment I inquired about booking, Patrizia was in touch with me. She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. All the other staff were friendly and helpful too, from the owner who frequently works the front desk to Carmen and the night man. I had very easy access to all forms of public transport, my wife had all the historica - Extremely helpful and friendly staff...we felt they really took an interest in us. Very handy situation...next to Piazza Municipio...handy for knowing when to jump off the bus! Handy for the boats round the bay. Very interesting childrens' sailing regatta on Sun. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.

  The piece of safe and civilized Europe in the crazy town of Napoli. Far from an unpleasant Garibaldi Piazza with its railway station (where most of hotels are). Had a room with a balcony and could enjoy watching life in the neighborhood from it. Was an eldery lady that lowered a bucket from her balcony and the delivery boy put a pizza in it and she raised it up 3 stories and took it out!

  The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
