  The hotel staff is more than nice, ready to help at anything 24h per day. Discreet, tactful, smiling and kind - it is seen that they really like their visitors.   The hotel is near the most interesting places of Naples and near metro and trains, too. It's in a quiet street, close the train station. Not a beautiful neighborhood, very crowded, but we had no problems with security. - This hotel is quirky and distinctive with pleasant rooms.

  We booked at last minute so the fare was low. We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access). Good value for money and a nice place to stay when planning to be outside all day. It wasn't located in the center but yet it was very close to the central... vad folk säger » train station, so it is very good to stay there if you are planning to stay for a night or two and are travelling around italy by train. - The hotel is located very close to the Central Rail Station, which makes it very easy to get to Pompei or Sorento. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

  Great hotel next to central station. The staff is the best, great breakfast, the rooms are really cute and clean. We got our days confused and didn't check out on time. We left for the day and when we returned our bags were packed and kept in a room at the reception as the hotel was completely booked. They called the other hotel we were suppose to... vad folk säger » be at to tell them we were going to arrive late. They didn't charge us for the mix up on our part which was really appreciated. Would stay there agai - Hotel is run by a lovely family who do everything they can to help you and make you feel welcome. Very nice rooms - cleaned every day with fresh towels, fridge and air con. Breakfast was great - cappucino, cereals, pastries, fruit etc. This hotel is extremely good value for money and although the area near the train station is a little seedy, we always felt safe at the hotel and it is great to be so near to the Circumvesuviana for trips to Pompeii/Ercolano etc. Highly recommended.

  The management where the best ever - the owner and his family were onlyinterested in making our stay a1. I love fruit for breakfast and on thefirst morning there wasn't any, but they soon found some and everymorning there was fruit available, and I loved the small and cosyatmosphere. We arrived early (7am), the staff were more than happy to hold our bags for us and also gave us some helpful information about Naples.   Great location very close to the station (ideal for trips to Vesuvius and Pompeii) and the port (for trips to Capri). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good free internet. Lovely breakfast and excellent coffee. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very old building, beautifully refurbished, now with ultra modern decor. Handy fridge in the room... vad folk säger » for keeping drinks cool. Good air-conditioning as it was very hot. Quiet location considering it was very central. Excellent pizzeria next door. - We stayed in Hotel Diamond as an overnight stop en route home to London from Positano. At the last minute we got seats on a flight leaving at 9.00pm and checked out much to the consternation of the manager who thought we didn't like the hotel. On the contrary, the room was clean and spacious and I give the staff 11 out of 10 for their helpfulness in arranging luggage and taxis at the drop of a hat.

  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
