  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... vad folk säger » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The location is absolutely perfect (near colosseum, it's easy to walk from here to... vad folk säger » Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Navone place, Pantheon, etc.. Cavour metro station is at about 2 minutes walk too).. The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew
