I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.

B&B Jolie is a small family owned place with 4 rooms. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I´m pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and if I get back to Rome I´m sure I´ll stay there again. You get what you pay for, and this was b

This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)

Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.
