Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The overall set-up was one of the best i've stayed in. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

was no problem, cause there was a fridge in our room to keep our

The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk
away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I
was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer
to Termini.
