  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly.   This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.
