  We had a large, comfortable room with a view of the canal and the church. Hotel has a pleasant garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, near to San Basilio vaporetto stop, convenient for attractions in the Dorsoduro area. A few caffes and osteria nearby but not far to walk to find whatever you need. I also really loved to wake up listening to birds' singing. Room/bathroom is romantically decorated and is relatively spacious.

  This hotel has recently been updated to include several "green" features as well as traveler conveniences. The hotel is computer wired to control use of electricity and a/C. If you open a window or door, your a/c shuts off. They can see which window you have open from their computer in the reception area. There is also a hard wired outlet that accomodates either European or American electr - This hotel is charming! Upon arrival, the very friendly and helpful staff were there to open the doors and offered us a cold drink and a place to sit and rest during check-in. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The breakfast had a good variety, and eggs could be made to order. You could eat the breakfast inside, but it was so delightful outside in the garden area. While some might not like that the hotel was not close to the main tourist area, we preferred the location because i

  Fabulously over the top decor. Lovely rooms. Some rooms with a small balcony on the canal side or with a canal view. Another has a balcony over the courtyard garden. Superb location (NOT in the middle of the most dense tourist areas). This square has some lovely excellent and excellent val - This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease.
