  Our room and large terrace were wonderful. The room had lots of light with 4 large windows that all open with a canal view. The terrace looked over the rose garden and the Grand canal.   -ett utmärkt läge! - Our room (205) was fantastic, it this was on the recently modernisedside of the hotel and was a superior double. The room was very spacious,and the bed was huge, and comfy. The bedroom/living area had two largewindows overlooking a small canal which was lovely. The stunningbathroom had a bath big enough for two! We will be back!! - Everything! the room was amazing! it was a superior room we booked but when we got there it was a 2 story suite and that is what their superior rooms are! gorgeous and luxurious! breakfast was great and staff were so helpful.   Good location in quiet small pretty square close to St Marks Sq and gondola's. Clean, bright and nicely decorated / finished. Excellent friendly staff. Our passports were pick-pocketted when boarding passenger ferry to car park on departure - nothing to do with hotel but receptionist was most helpful with advice. Beware ferrys / pick pockets! The staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. Buffet breakfast contained a very good choice of foods and refreshments. The rooms ,of adequate size for a "bijou style" hotel were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. A delightful experience overall
