  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Great location, 20 min walk and you are in the heart of the main attractions. Lovely area, and beautiful croissants and coffee provided at the cafe around the corner. The staff are very helpful. Also recommend a meal at Restaurante Da Vincenzo one street over towards the city centre where we experienced our best meal in Italy!

  Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing! You felt like you were visiting family.   The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.
