  This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful withinformation regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned roomswere a god send during August with temps of 36+.   We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  perfect! - Good value for the money. Great breakfast. Fairly quiet, yet just a quick bus ride away from train station. Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

  Perfekt läge eftersom vi kom med tåg till Roma Termini och dessutom gångavstånd till många sevärdheter - Centralt (200m från stationen), bad om ett tyst rum och fick ett rum på 8:e våningen som var hyfsat lungt, även om det aldrig blir riktigt tyst i dessa kvarter. Skulle söka mig till lugnare kvarter nästa gång, trafiken alldeles utanför var snudd... vad folk säger » på mördande även om det var bra på sitt sätt att vara så nära tåg o bussstation samt T-bana. Var på konferens som hölls på hotellet vilket var praktiskt.

  Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.
