  We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.   Location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful owner. We were upgraded to an appartment. The interior design of the appartment is very stylish. We really enjoyed our stay there. - Norma greeted us at our apartment. She was very helpful and a wonderful lady. Very close to everything.

  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... vad folk säger » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.... vad folk säger » There was also two parking areas available, one even facilitated a large SUV. - The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you. The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  helpful staff - I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks

  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self. Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.
